As one of the first four licensed not-for-profit medical marijuana cultivators, manufacturers and dispensary operators in the State of Vermont, Alex has used her extensive background in social work to create a patient-centric model of healthcare delivery for access to medical marijuana.

As a graduate of Green Mountain College with a BA in Environmental Studies, Spencer is deeply knowledgeable about organic systems and practices. He has experience working on many types of organic farms, from small scale organic vegetable production to large scale fruit production.

Walsh

Devan Walsh comes to Grassroots Vermont with over a decade of experience providing mental health services to both children and adults. She received both her BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael’s College and is a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma honor society, as well as Psi Chi, the international honor society in Psychology.
