Make An Appointment

While appointments are not required, we recommend scheduling them at this time as we are short staffed and sometimes have to step out of the office during business hours.

For all curbside appointments:

Please park in our designated Curbside parking area and remain in your vehicle with your Medical Cannabis Program Card and payment ready. A Dispensing Agent will be out to assist you.

If this is your first visit:

If this is your first time at Grassroots Vermont, and you would like more of a consultation type appointment please call and leave a voicemail at 802-489-6266 with the following information:
– Name
– Phone Number
– Cannabis Medical ID Card Number (example M711888999)

A Dispensing Agent will return your message to schedule your first appointment. If this is your first time here but you know what you want and are just looking to make a pickup, feel free to schedule yourself normally using the online scheduler.

Patients can also schedule an appointment for inside of the dispensary, or Curbside Pick-Up, by leaving a voicemail at 802-489-6266.
