Medical marijuana can have a profoundly positive effect on the lives of people who qualify — that’s why Grassroots Vermont is committed to helping support you through the registration process. Follow the steps below to find out if medical marijuana is right for you.

Step 1: See if You Qualify

The following conditions and symptoms may qualify a patient for the use of medical marijuana: Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), Cachexia or wasting syndrome, Severe nausea, Chronic pain, Seizures, Glaucoma, Crohn’s Disease, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Parkinson’s Disease

Step 2: Submit An Application
